It recognises a successful initiative, by a trade association, to tackle an important issue that will drive the future prosperity and growth of its members. The black-tie awards ceremony was held on 15 June at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, at the centre of the country’s great east-west glass manufacturing corridor – where nine out of ten of the UK’s largest glass manufacturers have production sites. “We are a trade specialist so all retail enquiries and enquiries from smaller independent installers are handled by our customers, which means they are sharing directly in the success of our campaign.” The Method and Madness range includes four new Irish whiskeys. Each whiskey has its own twist; a single pot still Irish whiskey finished in French chestnut, a single grain Irish whiskey finished in virgin Spanish oak, a single malt Irish whiskey enhanced by French limousin oak and a 31-year-old single cask, single grain limited edition bottled at cask strength.
